Position Requirements:


- Completion of high school diploma, with secondary school degree preferred


  • Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in Human Resources


– Excellent English skills – both written and verbal

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work across boundaries (cross countries and time zones)

– Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works, to maintain constructive working relationships

Technical Ability

– Be familiar with the myHR portal (training will be given)

– Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Ability to perform advanced excel programming including pivot tables and vlookup

– Use a keyboard effectively and efficiently, as required for the work

– Possess numerical ability and data entry skills

– Have experience with HRIS systems including

– Be able to navigate through multiple computer applications and databases

Other Skills

– Passion for process improvements. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and works well within a team

– Be able to work to deadlines in a structured, measurement-oriented environment – established Service Level Agreement

– Possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to multi-task

Position Description:

Provide an effective and efficient HR transactional service directly to all Flowserve employees, managers, and HRs via askHR using KnowledgeBase and inquiry management tools. Complete Human Resources transactions in accordance with the HR Operations and Service Delivery standards. Support Service Delivery and provide effective and timely solutions to the HR Operations team. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Review and maintain daily reports to monitor in real time operations

  • Work with the team to develop standard processes

  • Identify quality, service and transactional improvements

  • Partner with systems team to implement improvements

  • Assist in delivering training to team

  • Take ownership to achieve 98% on time performance for the team

  • Develop written instructions for the team's KnowledgeBase and deliver updates to the team
