BASIC FUNCTION /ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Order Fulfilment (OF) Project Manager leads assigned orders for the North American Integrated Solution Operation. This includes customer contracts for a wide range of technical and business products/service including, but not limited to, Intelligent Performance Systems (IPS) Products, Technical or Business Assessments, Service Contracts and Education Services. This person would be the primary point of contact for official communications with Sales, Application Engineers, Outsourced Process Owners, Suppliers and Customers after receipt of order.
This role will manage North American orders/contracts, positively affecting gross margin, on-time order completion and cash flow to support Flowserve's customer service and financial goals.
The Project Manager for the OF team confirms all order documents are thoroughly reviewed, initiates kick-off meetings, defines task responsibilities, develops project schedules, manages timing of supplier purchasing, and tracks project progress to meet the agreed upon contractual dates, as required.
B.S. degree in engineering discipline with 3-5 years' as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or related experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects (orders) simultaneously
Capable of using Oracle Business System
