Pick and issue components necessary to fulfill order requirements.
Perform shipping and receiving duties.
Utilize PRMS system to generate work orders, replenishment orders, print shipping documentation.
Perform visual inspections in accordance with written procedures and by using sound judgment based on experience. Use, refer to and understand engineering prints and quality procedures in their entirety and applying same to job. Assemble, document, test cartridge units and sub-assemblies.
Use all machinery and equipment required to assemble finished product for full disposition.

Adhere to safe work habits, rules and practice, including the correct use of safety devices and equipment, maintain a clean and orderly work place to include preventative machine maintenance.
Ability to stand on feet for extended periods, up to 75% of the work day.
Safely lift and or carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Demonstrates a good working knowledge of all tear down, inspection, assembly and testing equipment functions and servicing.
Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
Responsible for quality of work performed; work efficiently and to required specifications with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates working knowledge of the process flow of parts and assemblies through the repair process.
Fully understands and implements all data entry systems and processes.
Thorough understanding of all tools, techniques, and procedures required to accomplish the repair and assembly of a seal with minimal supervision.
Capable of gaining access to drawings on Flowserve data systems.
Capable of performing to establish standards with minimal training and supervision.
Displays product knowledge of basic component seals, basic cartridges seals, bellows seals, and spring seals to include but no limited to QB, Uniseal series, BR series, GW series and ISC. Has specific skills in graphite gaskets, solid PTFE gaskets, U-cups, spring energized tec-rings, electro-polished parts, heat shrink processes, static air testing
Be familiar with engineering specifications, quality control requirements, manufacturing processes, shop order documentation and packaging standards.
High School diploma or GED
Must be able to read/interpret blueprints
Work overtime as needed (sometimes without much notice) to meet schedule and shop dates.
Work Saturdays and/or weekends when required, including being in the on-call emergency off hour's rotation schedule. Must be able to use basic gauging such as calipers and micrometers.
Demonstrated competency in inspection/self-inspection techniques
- Technical training is preferred
