Understand the Flowserve business including long-term strategy and near-term initiatives. Is able to articulate and execute HR contributions to these objectives.

Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources degree or Business degree preferred in addition to Master's
8+ years Human Resource experience in both US and Latin American environments -- 3+ years supervisory experience guiding/directing professional-level staff.
Spanish and/or Portuguese language highly desirable
Experienced with Multi-Site Management
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
Team oriented with excellent communication skills
Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and coach cooperative team approaches
Must possess strong analytical and computer/system skills.
Provide expert HR consultancy and leadership to management and employees of Flowserve's Irving Corporate Headquarters and key Latin America locations. Supervising a HR staff of 4 Regional HR professionals, the position is accountable for supporting the local and multi-site delivery and execution of HR programs and policies supporting approximately 1,000 employees. Working closely with Centers of Expertise, HR Service Delivery, and peer Regional Human Resource Management, the position contributes to resolution of escalated issues, recommendations for enhancements to HR procedures/processes, and implementation of broader workforce planning and human capital management initiatives. Additionally, the position manages the overall Human Resource relationship with key Global leaders as a primary interface.
